Are you hosting Mother's Day brunch and needing a new idea to serve!? This is an easy and delicious recipe and one of my husband's absolute favorites. This was his moms recipe that he loves to make over and over again. It makes a full 9x13 pan so we usually will make this for brunch on the weekend and then he will have lunches for the rest of the week too!
The fun with this recipe is that you can make it your own. Don't like mushrooms or don't have them- no need to add them. Love onions- throw them in. Really like cheese- add more! You can craft this into make is exactly what you are craving. The basics will be the same. My husband loves all things meat so we usually add bacon and/or sausage as well!
