Summer is always a very busy time for all. Last summer I got used to not having much on our calendar with the pandemic and COVID shutdown. This year we are back in full swing though with things every weekend and multiple weeknights too! Therefore I've been a little quiet on the blog. But I'm back!!
And today I'm sharing the cutest and most delicious cake pops! I wanted to make them microphones for when we celebrated Miss Leona's Rockstar themed 4th birthday (entire blog post linked here). But you could totally skip the cones on the bottoms and just make them regular cake pops too!
The best part about this recipe is that it is only 3 required ingredients and wait for it... there is literally no cake or cake mix involved. The pops are made of Oreos and cream cheese. That's it-so simple. And I am not kidding when I say they are some of the most delicious cake pops I've ever had. Keep reading below for the full recipe details!
