If you guys are local to the Milwaukee area and reading this RUN. The Noel Milwaukee Light Park was a 10/10 hit for our entire family! The event is indoors at the Wisconsin State Fair Expo Center which already is a win in my book. A Christmas event without braving the Wisconsin December winters is a (mom's) dream. The moment you walk in you are lost in thousands upon thousands of lights and there is beauty and magic everywhere you look. The huge light tunnel greets you as you enter sets the stage for the rest of the incredible light park.
There is a conductor that sets the stage for the kids (if you have them) and greets them with an elf scavenger hunt card where if they find 4 elves hidden throughout the exhibits they can get a prize at the end. He gave us the lay of the land and sent us on our way. Everything was clearly laid out and easy to navigate. There were several different exhibits that had different themes or activities and each one had us laughing and having fun in the most festive way.
We were all instantly amazed at just how beautiful it really was. So many lights. So many laughs and a great event for all ages. This was the most fun I had with my family in a very long time and I can not say thank you enough to the Noel Milwaukee Team for having us. #ad I particularly liked the Aurora lights (hanging lights that you could walk and run through), the hanging frames, and of course the tunnel. L said her favorite was the HUGE tunnel and Keith said he liked the massive deer and the light swings. P was just living his best life throughout the entire park.
They sell tickets ahead of time for a discounted rate online or for a higher rate at the door. Parking is $6 and easy. Depending when you go there are different rates for weekday/weekend and they even have family passes/rates for an even better bang for your buck. There are bars and concessions located in a few areas of the park and they sell the most festive and fun blinking lightbulb slushees (adults you can add alcohol to yours!) They also have an easy coat check if you would like so that you do not have to haul jackets and winter accessories throughout. The staff were all incredible and I was shocked that even Santa and Mrs. Claus were there!
There was warmth, music, festive holiday drinks, lights, Christmas magic, and interactive stations everywhere you turn. This event is sure to please everyone! I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone local. It was a truly magical and spectacular night and the highlight of our holiday season so far!
