Ah look at the little snow flakes that were coming down as we were snapping these pictures!! I love the beauty of the snow but quickly find myself longing for the warmer weather this time each year. Living in Wisconsin we have at least another month of cold and snow unfortunately though. So with that being said, I'll continue to rock my sweaters and boots for the next month!
I absolutely love a good color-block sweater! I feel like this one adds just the right pop of color into neutrals and brings a little sass to this outfit. The colors of this one are beautiful and would be PERFECT for Valentines Day if you like to be more subtle or aren't a fan of hearts.
The best part about this sweater is that it's from Walmart and is under $15! I have been shopping Walmart so much lately and I am always impressed with their style and price points. I think each piece just keeps getting better! The fit of this sweater is super flattering and it is SO soft. I sized up to a large here for a roomier fit but think my normal medium would have been just fine too! With the extra length with this size up though I could easily pair it with leggings. This would be adorable with faux leather leggings and over the knee boots-it would make the perfect date night outfit. My sweater also comes in other colors too. I may have to grab the all neutral (grey, white, tan and black) one too- its that good!
My jeans (per usual) are Old Navy jeans. They are the best fitting affordable jeans I have found for myself. They run sales all the time and this pair is one of their basic pairs so they run $15 sales on them often. They have the perfect amount of stretch but still hold their shape nicely. Currently they are 25% off!
