We finally have some weddings back on the calendar. I love getting dressed up and celebrating love but I am so picky when it comes to dresses. It was so hard for me to choose which ones to even make it to this point in the selection process for myself. 😉 So I thought I'd share the top contenders for me since many of you probably also have weddings this year. All of these have adorable colors that are perfect for whats left of Spring and into Summer.
I am a sucker for a patterned dress honestly. Plain colors are cute and all but something about a pattern even if subtle adds so much to a dress for me. You probably caught onto that from the graphic above. I also on a whim ordered one more that isn't pictured above that I tried on with two of my favorites from above. Below you can find honest reviews and try on pictures from the 3 dresses that I did order. Of course I ordered these ones just two weeks out from the wedding so I went with all Amazon ones for ease of ordering, quick shipping, and easy returns. But if you are not like me and plan more ahead there are options from other stores above as well!

Purple Short Sleeve Ruffle Dress:
Honestly when I first put this on I thought there was no way that it was going to fit me... then I realized there is a zipper and it slipped on perfectly. It is a bit more snug that the other ones but its design is also slightly more fitted than the others. It comfortable and the most adorable color. The belt really adds some waist definition too. I was not as impressed with the material however, it was a rougher looking and more rough feeling material. Overall I was super happy with this dress for only $22.99. Floral High Neck Dress:
I had really high hopes for this one and it was gorgeous the minute I put it on. I love the detail and it looks SO much more expensive than it actually is. The drop ruffle hem is beautiful and I love that you can wear it belted or not depending on your preference or look you are going for. For me, the belt added so much visual detail by hugging my waist and I preferred it that way. The only thing I will say for me is that the neck was a bit uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was the wider band, or the fact that I have a short neck, or the cut of the dress but for me is was not the best fit and design. The look was beautiful though and I did love how it looked on but to me you have to be comfortable to be able to dance the night away right?? Still for $23.99 it was a beautiful dress! Pink Low V-Neck Dress:
This one was probably the one I was least excited about but it won by a landslide in my this or that polls on my Instagram-so I thought I would give it a shot! The color is listed as pink online but I would say it leans more redish pink than true pink. It is not really a true red though either. It is stunning. I thought for sure it would be too low cut and it is a rather low cut but for my post nursing 2 babies chest it is not an issue. If you are larger chested this might not be the dress for you- although if you love it you could always pin it up a bit to show less. This dress is ULTRA flattering and I love the double drop ruffle hem that it has. The sleeves have just enough detail and coverage if you prefer to have your shoulders covered too. Lastly I will say this one again looks SO much more expensive than it really is. It was the least expensive of the three I ordered ringing in at only $19.99. You can find this one here on Amazon. It comes in a couple colors and there are some really cute more casual dresses also under this same link too!
